Andrew Lee "Red Head" Evans, 72 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on Monday, June 12, 2023. He was one of eleven children. He was born on November 8, 1950, to Zebbie Evans and Lena Williams in Mer Rouge, LA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and nine siblings, Earl Evans, A. C. Evans, Annie Rose Evans Webb, Donald Evans, Susie Evans, Alonzo Evans, Essie Bea Evans, Ronald Evans, and J. D. Evans.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: one brother -David Evans of Bastrop. LA: a very special niece/goddaughter-Linda Evans Green of Hot Springs, AR: very special great-niece/goddaughter and caregiver – Konita Evans:  a very special nephew/godson - Henry B. Walker of Hot Springs, AR: and host of other nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

The visitation for Mr. Evans will be held on Friday evening June 23, 2023,  from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Loche's Mortuary 412 W Hickory Ave Bastrop, LA 71220 The funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Bonita, Louisiana Bonita, LA 71229 at 1:00 p.m.  Rev. David Owens will serve as the officiant of the services. The Interment will follow in St. Luke Cemetery.

The funeral will be handled by Loche's Mortuary Inc. 412 W. Hickory Ave. Bastrop, La 71220.
