Anna Mary Potantus was born in Cross Village, Michigan in March of 1916. She was one of four Woyan children. Anna died Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Village Springs Health & Rehab.

Anna was all about family. She is survived my her sons; Gerald, James and daughter Andrea. Anna loved pinochle, classic movies, and reading romances. She was master of the kitchen on holidays and always available to make pierogi, stuffed cabbage, and apple strudel with raisins and walnuts.

Crowned Polish Queen several times, Anna had a demeanor that everyone liked and she had mean skills from driving a truck to aid her husband during their construction business-years, to caring for others with gentle hands. Anna is loved by many and will be sorely missed.
