On March 7, 2022, Billy Joe Wiley, 65, of Malvern, AR peacefully transitioned from his earthly body into his resting place. He was preceded in death by his parents; Charlie Wiley and Irean Tidwell Wiley May, and his wife Cheryl Gardner Wiley.
As a young child, he became a member and was baptized at Eastern Star Baptist Church in Smithton, AR. As an adolescent, he sang in the youth choir, and he attended Henrybell Elementary and Gurdon High. In his young adult life, he obtained various occupations. He worked on the pipeline in Alaska. In the midst of it all, he Moved to Colorado settling down, and getting Married from that union came two boys. He became a Deputy Sheriff for several years. He also lived in Mexico for some time and later returned to Arkansas.
He leaves his long time companion and fiance', Belinda Everett; his sons, Cedric Wiley, Cameron (Trish) Wiley, Kevin Wiley, and Steven Wiley; his daughter, Samantha Gibson; his grandsons, Curtis "Little Head" and baby brother Jordan "Two tons of fun"; his siblings, Bobbie Young, Emma Johnson, Charlene Stephen, and Mattie Norman; his nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended friends and family whom will continue to love and cherish him in their hearts forever.

The memorial service will be Friday, March 18, 2022, at 1:00 PM At Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service.
