Obituary

Bobbie Jean Conway was born on July 31, 1958 in Kansas City, Kansas to Essie Barnett and Olivea Marie Conway. In her 59th season of life, she traded in her non-ability to walk, to breath fresh air without the help from an oxygen tank, for her ability to walk around in heaven with no limitations on Monday, October 30, 2017. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; Eugene Conway and Willie Bell Smith, her parents, Essie Barnett and Olivea Conway; daughter, Angela Henderson; grandson, Marcell Johnson; sisters, Dorothy Hooper and Joyce Ann Conway.
At an early age Bobbie's mother moved them back to Arkansas. Bobbie lived in
Arkansas and attended school in Arkadelphia. She also attended
Community College in Hot Springs for Culinary. Bobbie worked in hotels and nursing homes most of her younger years. She loved helping the elderly. She lived her life to the fullest. In 2009, Bobbie moved to Houston, TX. It was there when her health begun failing her. Her sister Dorothy and her children moved Bobbie to San Antonio and nursed her back to health. They taught her how to talk, walk, bath, and taught her to feed herself all over again. In 2012, her daughter moved her to Denver, CO so that Bobbie could be closer to her.
Sargent of Arms, that's the title she received in her apartment building that she lived in. Because she was in charge of so much, making sure that everyone was taken care of in her building. She was secretary of the building. Bobbie made sure that the building was decorated on every holiday and planned dinners for the people in her building every holiday. She loved to cook, and play her games on her phone and computer.
She leaves to cherish her memories for life her children, Jimmy L. Nolen of Thornton, CO; Erica K. Henderson {Thomas Mills a very special son in-law} of Aurora, CO; Samuel L. Henderson of Tucker, AR; siblings; Earl Ray
Scott {Barbara Ann} of McNabb, AR, Wanda G. Conway, and Katie Craig-Hill {Gary}
both of Jacksonville, AR., James L. Conway of Nashville, AR, Lomer M. Conway, and Terry L. Conway {Alice} all of Hot Springs, AR., Charles J. Conway of Las
Vegas, NV; five {5} grandchildren, Davontea, Charles, Averion, Alexx, and Jaxon; one aunt, Lillie M. Ware of Los Angeles, CA.; two very special friends of Colorado Sherie Reves, and Dorothy Washington; a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
