David Harold Ellis passed peacefully at the age of 64, on Sunday, March 29, 2020.  He was born in Little Rock on June 14, 1955, to James Harold and Nancy Woods Ellis.   David attended Mills High School and enjoyed a career in the carpentry and construction field.  He enjoyed a life of fishing, hunting, and carpentry.

David was preceded in death by his daughter, Brandie Ellis.

David is survived by his wife of 41 years, Rosie Ellis; his parents, James "Bud" and Nancy Ellis; his children, Michael (Trish) Ellis, Angela Ellis, Elizabeth Jenkins (Alvin Lee), and Joshua Ellis; one sister, Connie (Waylon) Ingle; ten grandchildren; and his extended family and friends.

A walk in and out visitation will begin at 2:00 pm ending at 3:00 pm on Thursday, April 2, 2020, at the funeral home.  All required COVID-19 regulations will be followed. A memorial celebration will be announced at a later time.
