Edna B. Smith age 92, of Hot Springs passed away peacefully Wednesday, August 9, 2017. She was born August 1, 1925 in Prescott, AR to Jim and Lena Dailey. They preceded her in death as well as her husband, Ralph Smith; brothers, R.T. Dailey, Elbert Dailey and Monroe Dailey; sisters, Erma Cole and Marguerite Staggers; a daughter, Barbara Beene; great granddaughter, Kachandra Kidd, nephew, Freddie Cole.
Her survivors include her grandsons, Corey Robinson and Cortney Beene both of Hot Springs and granddaughter, Chanda Robinson of Oklahoma City, OK; 10 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; nephew, Willie Smith and her good friends, Mattie Matlock and Cora Jones along with host of cousins and friends.
A celebration of her life will be held at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 in the Chapel of Carrigan Memorial with Rev. James E. Story, officiating.
