Frances L. Rodgers' Obituary
Frances L. Rodgers age 98, of Hot Springs passed away peacefully on Friday, July 21, 2017. She was born June 29, 1919 in Logansport, IN to Charles and Elnora Basler Strauch. They preceded her in death, as well as her husband, Richard Rodgers.
Frances was a member of First United Methodist Church, Republicans of Women, Volunteer with NAACP and a past Eastern Star.
Survivors include her son, Ron Rodgers of Hot Springs; granddaughter, Pam (Matt) Perry of Hot Springs; two sisters, Joann Habor and Lavelle Hickman; grandchildren, Syndey (Josh) Winegar and Ryan Perry; nephew, George (Shelby) Fultz;

Memorial service will be Tuesday July 25, 2017 1:30 pm at The Caring Place.
