Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Adams, and his brother, Thomas Lee Adams.

Frank joined the Army in 1958 and was stationed in South Korea. He went to school in Chicago, IL earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from IIT.  He married Jo Ann Adams in 1975 in Chicago. He worked as a Freelance Graphic designer. After moving to Hot Springs in 2003, he became involved in Master Gardners, local square dances, and the Civil War Round table. He loved people, was always gregarious, and enjoyed meeting new people.

Frank is survived by his son, Lance Eliot Adams, his brother, Matson Darius Adams, Sr. his nephew, Matson Darius Adams, Jr., and his sister-in-law, Shirley Thomas.

The celebration of his life will be on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 11:00 am at Creative Life Church 229 Bayard St, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901.

The family of Adams wishes to extend our sincere thanks to St. Vincent's Hospital, Hospice, Dr. Gersh, and the Nurses and Staff at St. Vincent's.
