Jackie Beane went to be with the Lord on October 10, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones. Jackie Beane is known by all who love him as a person who loves life. He brings joy and laughter to the lives of many. Jackie has now joined with the God he has so faithfully served; and we rejoice in the promise that the pain is gone. (preceded by his parents Dorman George Washington (Jack) Beane and Autilla Elgene (Shotty) Johnston Beane and his brother Wendell Johnston Beane.Jackie is survived by his wife, Carolyn Chitsey Beane of 48 years, two children Kimberly Lynn Violett and Leslie D. Beane, six grandchildren Justin Scott Blurton, Ashley Christine Violett Smith, Charles Lee Dyer, Zachary Cole Winter Violett, Tiffany Cheyenne Beane Tyson, and Madison Elise Beane, five great-grandchildren Lyla Danielle Smith, Jackson Lynn Blurton, Meckensie Lynn-Paige Tyson, Coraline Elaine Smith, and Marin Jaclyn Joyce Tyson. He also has 1 nephew Bryan Beane from Brownwood, TX.Jackie is a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church in Hot Springs where he joyfully sangin the choir and performed with the Hot Springs Fun City Chorus. Jackie had many loves in his life, however, he truly loved his profession in the Aircraft industry. He was the first one that could hear a plane and know all of the nuts and bolts of what made it flyand the engine size. He loved reengineering anything he could find. He also loved to fishing of any kind and occasionally go to the horse races. In his younger life, he loved to hunt in his hometown Snyder, Texas. He was a true "West Texas Man". He truly loved life, traveling, family and friends. He also worked as an Aircraft Engineer around the world. He also enjoyed two years in Basel, Switzerland as he finished his career. We were called back to the states due to health concerns. His memorial will be Friday, October 13, 2017 at First Presbyterian Church 213 Whittington Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The service will begin at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials may be made to Barr Memorial Church P.O.
