James H. Gomery, age 78, of  Hot Springs, AR passed away on Monday, August 9, 2021.

Jim was born in Brownsville, PA on October 20, 1942. Jim is preceded in death by his parents Herbert J and Ruth Leighty Gomery and brother Thomas D. Gomery.

He was a veteran and served in the United States Air Force. Upon discharge from the air force, Jim went to aviation and aircraft maintenance school. He was an avid crop duster and in later years opened his own maintenance business, continuing to fly, which was his real passion.

Jim is survived by his wife, Linda Gomery; Step-son Charlie Rowell and wife Jennifer, Step-daughter Kambri Lites and husband Donald, Three grandchildren, Shelby, Millie, and Logan, and numerous cousins.

To honor Jim's wishes there will be no formal service held. He will be going on one last flight as he wished.
