Obituary

James Burlon Lord, age 78, of Hot Springs, AR, peacefully transitioned to his heavenly home on April 11, 2021.  He was born September 13, 1942, in Winnsboro Louisiana to Clinton B. and Jane Stubblefield Lord.

James is preceded in death by his parents and his infant sister.

He graduated from Monroe High School. Shortly after he enlisted in the military and served in Vietnam. James served as an honor guard during President John F. Kennedy's Assassination. He was avid about hunting and fishing. He was a Master Electrician who traveled around the country working on various large jobs.

His survivors include; his wife Linda Lord, daughter Amy (Robert) Rowe, grandchildren Dylan Rowe, Ryan Rowe, Valerie Rowe, Gabrielle (Alex) Riddell, and two great-grandchildren; Natalie Riddell, Theo Riddell. A host of several nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to especially thank, Becca White, It's about you LLC and Hospice Home Care.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's association.

James' wish was that his body is donated to Genesis Legacy Whole Body Donation Foundation.
