James Edward (Eddie) Oliver, 77, of Hot Springs, AR, gracefully transitioned on Sunday, April 21, 2024. He was born on November 1, 1946, to Roy and Mary Oliver in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

James is preceded in death by his beloved parents, as well as by his siblings Sammy R. Oliver, Tommy Oliver, Daniel Oliver, and Mary Browning.

Throughout his life, James dedicated himself to his work, serving at Stubby's and Robinson Concrete for 23 years, and Spa Concrete Asphalt for 6 years. Beyond his professional commitments, he found solace and joy in the serene pastimes of fishing and hunting.

Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 43 total years DaLena Oliver, his son James Daniel (JD), step-children Randy, Doherty, Teresa (Eric) Kirkendall, and Janet Anthony, his five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, his siblings Martha (Oden) Isom, Becky Isom, Sharon (Roger) Chandler, Sheilly Oliver, as well as a multitude of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
