James Brown, 72 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in Hot Springs, AR. He was born to Clifford C. (Lorelei Rodriquez) Brown on November 08, 1950, in Ft Monmouth, NJ. James is preceded in death by his parents, his sisters Kathlyn Hogg (2003), Pamela Brown (2021), and his brother Steve Brown (2017). James attended Carson High School in California. He came from a family with strong military roots. James was an avid reader and enjoyed eating, but most of all he loved being with and helping his family. James was a very generous and kind person, and always went out of his way to help others. He will be deeply missed by his siblings Bruce E. (Roberta) Brown of Longview, CA, Fawn Brown of CA, Ellen Brown of Hot Springs, AR, and Clifford C. (Anne) Brown II of Roff, OK. The memorial service will be Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Calvary Pentecostal 308 Janette St. Hot Springs AR. 71901 with Pastor J. Motes.
