Obituary

Jane Hart Pace, age 76 of Little Rock formerly of Hot Springs Village died on May 24, 2017 in Little Rock, AR at UAMS Hospital.

Jane was born on Nov 4, 1940 in Jackson, MS. and grew up in Little Rock, AR where she attended and graduated from Central High School. Later Jane attended college at the University of Mississippi, at Oxford. She also attended University of Colorado during the summer of 1962. She later studied interior design in New York City. Interior design was her passion as she decorated professionally for years. In addition to owning and operating her own interior accent shop in New Orleans, La, she implemented her interior design skills while employed at furniture stores, Brandon House and Carriage House in Little Rock, Ark. She then moved to Hot Springs Village where she fell in love with her surroundings and sold real estate in the community she loved. Hot Springs Village was the place she would retire. She continued to work with antique furnishings in her antique booth in Hot Springs.
She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Helen and Al Alden of Hot Springs, AR.
Jane is survived by her children, Mark Pace, 48, of North Little Rock, AR, and Mike Pace, 44, of Katy, TX and her grandchildren, Colby Dawn Pace, 14, of North Little Rock, AR. and  of Olivia Marie Pace, 5, of Katy, TX.
A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Saturday, June 17, 2017, with Brother Bobby Thornton officiating, at Trinity Church, 670 Panama, in Hot Springs. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Jane's life.
