Jewel Taylor, age 98 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed away on October 5, 2020

Jewel is preceded in death by his wife; three brothers, Charles Taylor, James Taylor, and Lonnie Taylor, and his sisters Ruth, Juanita, and Clydemae.

Jewel was born to Rainey Walker and Archie Taylor, on January 11, 1922.   He followed the teachings of Jehovah's Witness.  He labored in his faith and in his daily life to provide for his family. He worked in several fields over the years; he worked as a carpenter, farmer, and homemaker. He enjoyed cooking and making things from scratch. He was known for his ability to make delicious cheeses and noodles. He was a loving father and grandfather; he will be remembered for all the things he poured into those he loved.

Jewel leaves his daughter, Dorothy (James) Taylor; his sister, Velma Best; three grandchildren, Lorenzo Lewis Taylor, Meltonia Beatrice Jenkins, Robert Earl Taylor; great-grandchildren, Kaliah, Kaylah, MaKayla, Brooklyn; and a host of family members and friends.
