Lincoln Charles Person (L . C ) 72 was b o rn to the late Fred and Mattie Person on D ecemb er 21, 1948 , i n Marvell , Ar . L.C. Per so n con f ess ed hope in Christ at an early age and mov e d to Chicago , IL . in 1969 .

During his time in Chicago, he excelled in his caree r in detailing cars. He was a sole provider a nd a hard worker for his family. L. C. loved Barbecuing and going fishing . He later moved to Hot Springs , Ar., wh ere he continued his career in detailing f or over 3 0 yea rs at Orr Honda of Hot Springs, where he was even featured in the ne wspap er. He enjoyed going to the race track , collecting hats w earing h is Stacey Adam sh o es, and driv ing all his cars .

On April 15, 1978, he w as united in marria g e to Demetrius Person, and to this union, se ven children were born . In September 2021 L.C. became ill but never gave in to his illness because of his children and grandchildren . On October 10 , 2021, at 11 : 15 am  L.C. Person made his transition at St . V incent Hospital with his daughters by hi s side .

Cathleen Jones of Ev anston , IL . , Brothers; James ( Bell ) Farr of Evan ston , IL . , Daniel Farr o f Ev anston , IL . , Alfred Perso n of Forrest City , Ar. and Larnell ( Chishi ) Perso n of Savannah , Ga . In - Laws; Delores ( J ames ) Paige , Devin Ve rs h er , Jea nnie Clack , Marie ( Tyrell) Hawkins , Cheryl McCallister, Steve Flowers. An uncle Calloway ( Calle ) Farr of Chicago , IL. a Mother - in - law Celia McCallister o f Ro bbins , IL. Seventeen grandchildren and Five great-grandchildren . A hos t of nieces , nephews , cousins , other relatives, and close friends .

The Visitation will be Tuesday, October 19, 2021, 4:00-6:00 pm at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Chapel. The Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Wednesday, October 20, 2021, at City Life Church 1555 E. Grand Hot Springs, Ar 71901.
