Lula Mae McAfee age 77, of Hot Springs passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019.  She was born July 27, 1942 in McCool, MS to Wesley and Ella Watts McAfee.  They preceded her in death as well as her brothers, Willie, Robert, and Eddie McAfee.

Lula retired from what is now, The Roadway Inn after working several years.  She was a very quiet person but yet, very stern. She never had a problem telling you what was on her mind.  Lula was an awesome cook and she love to sew and work in her garden.

Survivors include her siblings, Hattie Majors of Kansas City, KS, John McAfee, Sr. of Tacoma, WA, and Calvin McAfee of FL; a host of nieces and nephews including, Anthony Conway of Hot Springs who was also her caregiver.
