Mahrijah Rose Aavyah Speed of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was born sleeping on August 31, 2025, at 1:12 a.m. at UAMS in Little Rock, Arkansas. She weighed 5 pounds and measured 19 ¼ inches long, perfect in every way.

Though her time with us was far too short, Mahrijah was deeply loved and will forever be cherished by her parents, Braylah Irwin and Jeremy Speed, and her siblings, Jahlijah, Micah, Morgan, and Makynlei.

She is also mourned by her grandparents: Hunter and Listeen Speed, Brandi Adams, Greg and Amanda Irwin, and Kenneth Short, all of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mahrijah was welcomed with love by many aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Jerrica Speed, Gregory (Dakota), Mallissia (Brandon), Beckey, Landon (Mikayla), Jaydon, Kobie (Danielle), Kenshawn, Elijah (Heather), Arbrianna, Shyanna, Brayden, and William, and cousins Braxton Ray, Rylee Rae, Dior, Brayleigh, Journey, Brielle, Branlei, Wayne, Baby Corey, Miller, and Myra.

She is now in the arms of those who went before her, including her precious cousins Asalyn Rae and Everleigh.

Mahrijah's presence, though brief, has left a lasting imprint on all who awaited her arrival. She will live on in the hearts of her family forever.

The Graveside service will be held on Friday, September 05, 2025 at Noon at Crestview Cemetery 3077 East Grand Ave Hot Springs, AR 71901.
