Marcia Ann Allen Milligan, 81, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, transitioned peacefully at her home on Monday, March 10, 2026. She was born on November 25, 1944, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Bernard "Poppy"  and Paige Allen.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her eldest son, David Trent, who passed away in 1984.

Marcia lived in Richmond, Virginia, where she worked for Reynolds Metals. In 1979, she was transferred to one of the company's operational facilities in Hot Springs, Arkansas, where she relocated with her sons. She remained there until 1989, when she, her husband Earl, and Terry moved to Florida. They lived in Florida for many years before returning to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, in 2013.

Marcia enjoyed going out to lunch with her friends, watching sporting events on television with her husband, and spending time near the water, whether at the beaches in Florida or the lakes in Arkansas. She had a special love for dogs, especially Boxers, as well as dolphins, butterflies, and the color blue.

Marcia leaves to cherish her loving memory her husband, Earl Thomas Milligan; her children, daughter Leslie (Deek) Fitzhugh; sons Terry (Raquel) Linkous, John (Cheryl) Grey, and Mark (Patricia) Evans. She was also blessed with many grandchildren: Ezra Linkous, Marley Kendrick, Colby Fitzhugh, Megan Evans, Zack Evans, and Jacob Rogers. Her sister, Irene McDonald of Melbourne, Florida. A host of extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., with the service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service, 336 East Grand Avenue, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901, with Rev. Gregory Guinn officiating.
