Marcia Waits Nooner went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 27, 2018. Marcia was a loving mother, sister, aunt, friend, and mawmaw to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Wanda Waits and sister, Sheila Harris.

Marcia is survived by her children, William Waits of Hot Springs, Amber Nooner of Elk City, OK and Ausha Merz (Chandler) of Elk City, OK; brothers, Brett Waits (Sarah) of Hot Springs and Tim Kelley (Tommie) of Langley, OK; grandchildren, Miakoda Simonovich, Mayleigh Merz, Silas Merz, and Jay Merz as well as nieces and nephews. Marcia never met a stranger and was loved by any child she met. She had a kind heart, loved to sing and make others happy.

Memorial service will be held Monday, April 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Light House Church off Fox Pass Cut-Off.
