Michael (MJ) "Monzie" Jordan, 39, of Hot Springs passed away on May 12, 2022. He was born to Brian Thompson and Jacqueline Jordan Thompson on August 27, 1982, in Hot Springs. He was loved and nurtured by his parents.

M.J was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents, Sadie J Coleman and Bearbra Coleman Sr.

As a 2001 graduate of Hot Springs High School, Michael Jordan left a piece of himself with everyone he encountered. He was a very outgoing person who loved to laugh, make people smile, and spread the love he had for his people; to know him is to love him. As a hardworking young man, he recently worked as a food prep worker at the Clean Eatery. He also had a passion for improving himself inside and out and wanted to help others do the same and put in the work, time, and dedication to become a certified fitness trainer. After accomplishing short-term goals, Michael Jordan later decided to work for himself, starting his very own laundry business, "We'll Wash That", providing efficient laundry services to local areas.

M.J., as everyone knows him as a loving father, great friend, brother, and confidant leaves behind a legacy of loved ones to cherish his memories include his five children: Le'Brian Jordan, My'Leah Brown, Mon'Trevian Jordan, Le'Darrius Haywood, and Jamia Jordan, whom all are residents of Hot Springs, AR.; one brother Lindaniel (Monique) West of Hot Springs AR.; and several nieces and nephew. He also leaves behind a special friend Britney Causey and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The memorial service will be Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 12:00 PM at Essential Pathway 301 St Louis Hot Springs, Ar 71901.
