Nicola Jane Pruitt, 53, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2024, at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. Nicola was born in Stockport, England, to David Hodgson and Linda Yates.

Nicola is preceded in death by her parents.

Nicola earned a bachelor's degree in Business from Pittsburg State University. On February 14, 1998, she married David Pruitt in Pittsburg, Kansas. She served as the office manager at Hot Springs Radiologists Oncology.

An avid reader, Nicola also enjoyed traveling, and sailing and had a passion for feeding wild birds and adopting stray dogs. She was fascinated by the wild mushrooms of Arkansas and had a great sense of humor, able to make anyone laugh.

Nicola is survived by her loving husband of 26 years, David Pruitt; her children, Morgan Pruitt, Daniel Pruitt, and Jennifer Pruitt; and her siblings, Anita Palmer, Adam Frost, and Sara Frost.

The memorial service will be on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 11:00 am at Trinity Church 630 Panama Street Hot Springs, AR 71913.

The family extends their sincere thanks to the doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, techs, and other staff who cared for her at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs.
