Oletta Felicia Denise Lucas 43, of Hot Springs, Arkansas transitioned on Tuesday, February 07, 2023. She was born August 18, 1979, in Memphis, Arkansas to Frank Ballard and Gladys Haire.

Oletta is preceded in death by her parents.

Oletta attended Hot Springs High School. She kept her family first. She loved her children and keeping her nails done. She was very spirited and passionate. Most of all she loved meeting new people.

Oletta is survived by her two sons; Kiron Lucas, and Kivon Lucas, both of Hot Springs. Her two grandchildren; Kylin Lucas and Kelana Lucas, Her sister, Dionne Haire, two brothers; Willie (Anna) Haire, and Karl Haire, all of Hot Springs. Her best friend/cousin Devon (Tootie) Bolden of Hot Springs. She will be deeply missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and family. We will continue to hold on to those memories of joy, love, and laughter.
