Oscar L.(Ray) Hibbs of Hot
Springs age 70 passed away in a local hospital he was born
March 11, 1947 he was preceded in death by his parents Reuel
W. & Lila Phillips Hibbs. Also preceded in death by his
Son Jason Ray Hibbs two brothers Reuel W Hibbs (RL) &
Warren A. Hibbs Ray was a carpenter by trade also
enjoyed fishing, hunting, & playing
pool. He leaves to cherish his memories
with the love of his life of 48 years Kaye Hibbs. His
children and John O. Hibbs April Renee (Renix Skidmore)
grandsons Jason Hibbs (his fishing buddy) Daniel Skidmore.
One brother & Six Sisters Our dear friend Jeanne Crouse
and Danny Sleeper. Many friends nieces and nephews. There
will be a private family memorial service at a later date
arrangements are entrusted to Carrigan Memorial funeral service.
