Pearlie Mae (Richards) Garland, of North Little Rock, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the age of 75. Ms. Pearlie was born to parents Charles and Annie Bell (Barnes) Richardson on March 9, 1943, in Lewisville, AR. Upon graduating high school, she went on to attend Arkansas Baptist College in Little Rock. While living in Little Rock, she met and married Thomas (T.J.) Garland and to this union four beautiful children were born.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one daughter, Torrea Jackson.  Those left to cherish her memory include two daughters, Annette Garland of Baltimore, MD and Kimberly Garland of Hot Springs, AR; one son, Candy Lynn Garland (April), of Jacksonville, AR; two

grandsons, Shannon Adams and Jerome Adams, both of Austin, TX,

and one granddaughter, Kandice Garland, of Jacksonville, AR.

Funeral service will be 11:00 Am Friday, August 17, 2018 in the chapel of Carrigan Memorial.  Burial will follow in Mt Plaesant Cemetery, Joann, AR.  Public visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
