Randy James Morrow, 65, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Randy was born to Ernest and Bessie Morrow on August 08, 1957, and raised in Dayton, Ohio before moving to California and finally to Arkansas.
He is proceeded in death by his parents, his brother Johnny Morrow, and his sisters Pearline Cartwright, Jacqueline Morrow, and Iris Pope.
Randy was truly one of a kind. He was known for his contagious smile, laugh, exceptional cooking, and immaculate father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
Randy gave his all to whoever was around him. He was full of love. For most of his life, he worked as a chef. He spent a lot of time in the kitchen and anyone around tasting his food could definitely tell. He's cooked for groups ranging from 2-2,000 people at a time creating magnificence with every ounce of food. Randy loved to cook any and every chance he could. Holiday meals and surprise meals were always tasteful.
If there was anything that Randy loved more than cooking, it was spending time with family and friends. He loved hanging out with all of his brothers, sisters, aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and definitely his grandkids. He loved playing ball, dancing, singing, playing instruments, and just being a goofball with the grandbabies.
Randy was a ball of life, love, and happiness. He would light up any room with his smile and make anyone he interacted with happy. He touched everyone around him and was a huge inspiration to everyone.
He is survived by his sons: Randy (Nichelle)Brookshire, Dylan Johnson, Avery Dietz, Ryan (Whitney) Morrow, and James Morrow. his daughters: Rajah Brookshire and Bessie Morrow. his partner in love, Amanda Jackson, and his brothers: Gerald Gullette, and Obie Houston (OH). Sisters: Mary Belton (MD), Wanda Barney, and Gay Debrill (OH). Grandkids: Quamaria Brookshire (Q-Beezy), Randy Brookshire (Lil Randy), Rhaniyah Brookshire (Nini), James White V.( Lol James), Mariah Walton (Ry-Ry), Gilbert Morrow (G), Rochaune Evan Jr. (Rocky), Demarian Evans (Dre), Nehemiah Evans (Naz), Kinsley Harbour (Sunshine), Layla Morrow (Peanut), Kayden Morrow (Bubba), Kota Tsavidis-Morrow (Chicken Leg), and Kendallyn Morrow (Bean). Great Grandkids: Myiannah Brookshire.
The visitation will be Friday, December 02, 2022, from 3:00- 5:00 at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service.
