Ray "Lamont" Moore in his 39 ^th season of life received his wings on Friday March 22, 2019. He was born September 17, 1979 to Ray Oakley and Vanessa Moore.

He was a graduate of Carthage High School Class of 1997.

Ray was an active member of True Believers Praise and Worship Sanctuary of Malvern, AR. He served faithfully on the security team, finance committee, and he was also a member of the True Believers Hunting Club. While in Tulsa, OK he attended Victory Christian Center. Ray had a great passion for hunting and fishing, he loved to grill and he called himself the "Master Chef"

Ray was a people person, he didn't meet any strangers. He was compassionate and loved to encourage others. Ray was a positive motivator with a contagious laugh and a smile that would light up the room. If you were having a challenging day just being in his presence or talking to him on the phone would make your day much brighter. He absolutely adored spending time with his wife and daughters. They had a special indescribable bond. Ray accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and savior, he loved to tell others about the goodness of the Lord and he encouraged others to seek the Lord while they had a chance.

Ray was preceded in death by his sister Erica Moore.

Those left to cherish his memories include his lovely wife of 18 years, Tiffany Clegg Moore, two darling daughters, Saraya and Serenity Moore all of Tulsa, OK; his parents, Ray Oakley and Vanessa Moore of Malvern; siblings, Michael Oakley and, Michelle Oakley both of Malvern and, Maurice Oakley of Princeton; grandmother,  Nannie Pattillo of Las Vegas, NV; In-laws: Vernon and Debra Clegg of Carthage,  Malcolm Clegg of Malvern, and, Martina Clegg of Carthage; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 28, 2019 at True Believers Praise & Worship Sanctuary, 200 West 2nd Street, Malvern, AR with Bishop Chris Penix officiating.  Cremation will take place after the service.
