Rebecca is preceded in death by her mother, Geraldine Roach, and her brother Paul Roach.

Rebecca went to school at Hot Springs High School. She married the love of her life Ricky Coulter on March 11, 1978, in Hot Springs.  After High school, she became a graduate of Southern Technical College for the business program. Her hobbies included reading, writing, and art.

Rebecca is survived by her husband Ricky Coulter, her four children Patricia DeJarnett, Ricky Coulter Jr., Sarah Brown, and Steven Coulter, her two sisters Linda McCoy, and Charlotte Hodges, her brother Clint Roach, six grandchildren Jeson Finney, Tristin Finney, Aremis Prine, Leon Brown, Kaia DeJarnett and Kali DeJarnett, and three great-grandchildren, Tatia Finney, Olyvia Finney, and Lorenzo Finney. A host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

The Memorial services will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Carrigan Memorial Funeral Service 336 E. Grand Ave, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71901 with David Roach officiating.
