Sheila R. 'She-She' Mitchell-Thomas, 60, of Hot Springs, AR, transitioned peacefully on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, leaving behind love, joy, and resilience. She was born on January 4, 1965, in Denver, Colorado, to Pastor Albert and Ruth Mitchell.

Sheila proudly graduated from Hot Springs High School in the Class of 1983 and went on to build a life marked by hard work, perseverance, and purpose. On July 25, 2013, she was united in marriage to James Allen Thomas in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Sheila was the founder and proud owner of a janitorial services business, where she exemplified excellence and perseverance. Known by many as "the life of the party," Sheila had a vibrant spirit and an infectious joy that lit up every room she entered. She lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures—cooking delicious meals, listening to music, chatting with friends and family, and always enjoying a good time.

Her warmth, kindness, and genuine connection touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Sheila had a remarkable ability to reach people on a deep and meaningful level, leaving lasting impressions wherever she went.

Sheila is survived by her beloved children: Sydney Symone Iweriebor, Ralph Onuwa Iweriebor, and Shauday Alexis Mitchell, her grandson Syncere Jabara Iweriebor, her furbaby Smokey, her four brothers, one sister, and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Sheila's legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
