Stoney Mark Garner, 53, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, transitioned on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Stoney was born to Scotty Garner and Brenda Miller on December 31, 1972, in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Stoney was preceded in death by his wife, Twyla Garner; his parents, Scotty Garner and Brenda Miller; and other loved ones.

He is survived by his son, Brandon (Alexandria) Garner of Lamar, Arkansas; daughter, Katie (Zachary) McCaslin of Owasso, Oklahoma; two grandchildren, Granger Garner and Elvie Garner; and two brothers, Kevin Miller and Robert Garner.

Stoney will be dearly missed by his family and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

The family will have a private service, which will be arranged at a later date.
