Toni Marie Howell,69 known to her loved ones as Toni, passed away on October 15, 2023, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She was born on February 21, 1954, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Walter and Margaret McMillan.

Toni was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Jean McMillan, her uncle, Charles Blutenthal, and her aunt, Bertha Bluthenthal.

Toni was a graduate of Hot Springs High School. After High School she became a compassionate and dedicated CNA, devoting her career to caring for others. Outside of her career, Toni had a love for cooking, shopping, being outdoors and watching movies. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and her kind and generous nature touched the lives of many. Toni's loved ones will remember her for her loving spirit, her generosity, and her kindness. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion and will be forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew her.

Toni will be deeply missed by her sons, Charles McMillan Sr, Early Craven Jr and her daughter Margaret Harris. She also leaves behind her grandchildren: Charles McMillan Jr., Terral McMillan, Kavon McMillan, Anthony Craven, Alfonso Craven, and Roshawn Craven. Additionally, she was blessed with numerous great-grandchildren. A host for nieces, nephews, and friends.

Toni's life will be celebrated on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at Carrigan Memorial at 336 E. Grand Ave Hot Springs, AR 71913.
