Traci Lynn Oswald-Peterson, 62, of Hot Springs, AR, transitioned on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. She was born on February 25, 1963 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Traci was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Peterson, and her stepfather, Thomas Bors.

Traci was a beloved mother, daughter, wife, sister, and friend. She had a deep love for travel, nature, gardening, and yoga, and she was a certified yoga instructor. After moving to Hot Springs, she could often be found riding her bicycle or walking the trails at Lake Catherine State Park. Traci and her husband, Robert, shared a passion for adventure and traveled extensively, visiting national parks throughout the country.

A naturally artistic soul, Traci enjoyed painting, photography, and creating beautiful crafts. Her creativity was evident in her home and in the homes of family and friends who were fortunate to receive her handmade creations.

Traci was a free spirit with an infectious personality that could light up any room. She was funny, outgoing, creative, and kind. A woman of faith, she drew strength and purpose from her relationship with God. Traci touched the lives of all who knew her and will be deeply missed.

Traci is survived by her daughter, Allison Oswald; her mother, Janet Wilson-Bors; and her sister, Terri Morgan.
