Virginia "Ginger" Williams Dover, 80, entered her heavenly home on Saturday, February 08, 2025, following a brief and unexpected illness.

Born on October 31, 1944, in Laredo, TX, Ginger was the daughter of Joel S. and Frances Williams. Her family later moved to Arkansas, where she spent most of her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Joel Robert Williams, and her nephew Bill Williams.

Ginger leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: her husband, Tom Dover; her daughter, Pam Price; her stepson, Joseph Dover; her grandchildren, Shane Foust and Nichole Prine; her three brothers, Bradley (Beth) Williams, Ralph (Nelda) Williams, and Larry (Judy) Williams; as well as great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.

A devoted member of El Dorado Church of God, Ginger and her husband, Tom, were active in their faith community. She took great joy in decorating the church's foyer and sanctuary to reflect the seasons and holidays.

Ginger was a talented knitter, creating afghans, scarves, and hats that she lovingly gifted to family members—treasured keepsakes of her warmth and generosity. She also enjoyed cooking, gardening, working in her yard, and fishing with Tom.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A celebration of Ginger's life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM, with visitation one hour prior at El Dorado Church of God, 2515 Parnell Rd, El Dorado, Arkansas 71730.
