Vivian Lock, of Malvern, AR passed On Friday, January 29, 2021,Those dearest to her knew her has 'Big Mama', was known for her weekly Sunday Family Dinners.  Born on June 23, 1928 in Curtis, Arkansas, she completed her journey here on earth at the beautiful age of 92.  She was an amazing cook, gardener and seamstress; she made many prom dresses, wedding dresses and other formal attire. With her green thumb she always had a vegetable garden and grew beautiful flowers and plants. She was employed by Central Arkansas Development Center an invested approximately 25 years and worked until the age of 84. She took great care of her family and she also raised several of her grandchildren.

Those completing the journey before her were her parents – James Olive Mitchell and Florene Gleason; her husband Ona Lock. Children, Brenda Mitchell, James Lock, Brian Lock and Mark Lock. Siblings; Samuella Dedmon, Bobbie Black, Christopher Guinn, Roger "Buddy" Mitchell and Carl Guinn. Grandson, James 'Lil Wolf" Lock.

Mrs. Lock leaves to cherish her memory; her sons Charles Lock of Malvern, Marcus Lock of Camden, Nathan Mitchell son in law of Malvern; daughters Carmen Bailey of Malvern and Penny Lock of Hot Springs Village; siblings Betty (Harry) Sherman of Malvern, Rayford Guinn of Portland, OR, Rickie (Cinda) Hendrix of Vancouver, WA, Audrey Guinn and Lynetta Guinn of Arkadelphia and Beverly (Aaron) Meeks of Delight. She also leaves 18 grandchildren, 40 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and family friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Graveside Service will be Thursday February 4, 2021 12noon at Paradise Memorial Garden Malvern, Ar.
