William spent over 30 years in the tire business owning and operating five family ran shops, he also had a passion for working and racing his 1979 malibu. William was by far the hardest working father and entrepreneur. William taught us everything we knew and he will be greatly missed by many.

William is survived by his former wife Angela Hines of 22 years and to their union, they had two children William"Bill" Hines and Jennifer Hines. A host of family and friends.
