William L. Wigley age 61 pf, Little Rock passed away, December 13, 2019 at UAMS in Little Rock, AR.  He was a United States Army Veterans having served from July 12, 1977 and was received an Honorable Discharge on March 26, 1980.  He is survived by his friend, Kenny Almond and his many comrades of the United States Armed Forces.

A graveside service with military honors was held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery with Chaplain LTC Jeremy Miller, officiating.  The Army Funeral Honors Team from Camp Robinson  provided the final honors.  The guest registry is at http://www.carriganmemorial.com .  Arrangements were entrusted to Carrigan Memorial Funeral Services.
